Stacey Novotny is the President of Grand Recruiting Solutions and is an experienced HR professional and Recruiter. From working with clients and candidates across the country and reviewing thousands of resumes, Stacey has gained extensive knowledge that has equipped her to identify the right candidate for her clients. Her diverse staffing background ranges from working as a Career Consultant, Regional Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, and Chief of Talent Acquisition.
Stacey holds a Master's degree in Leadership with a focus in HR Management, a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, and an Associate's degree in Business Administration.
As a Recruiter, Stacey utilizes effective recruiting and sourcing initiatives, through the development of strategic, organized, and goal-driven strategies. Over the years, she has developed and implemented effective recruiting and interviewing processes that helps to identity top talent and find the best match for employers. Her goal is to exceed expectations and provide the best possible recruiting experience for both the employer and job seeker.
