Stacey Novotny is the President of Grand Recruiting Solutions and an experienced HR professional and Recruiter with a strong background in talent acquisition and recruiting. Her experience working with law firms, in-house legal teams, and legal professionals nationwide has given her a strong understanding of the legal recruiting market and legal industry. Through interviewing, reviewing resumes, and candidate sourcing, she has developed a knowledgeable perspective on the legal hiring process. 

Throughout Stacey's career, she has held roles including Career Consultant, Regional Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, and Chief of Talent Acquisition. She has experience working both in-house and within recruitment agencies and has recruited in both the healthcare and legal industry. She has developed and implemented organized recruiting and interviewing processes, along with sourcing strategies designed to identify qualified professionals and connect them with opportunities that align with their experience.

Stacey holds a Master's degree in Leadership with a focus in Human Resources Management, a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, and an Associate's degree in Business Administration. Her education, combined with her extensive recruiting and HR experience, provides a strong foundation for the work she does today.
